The Eureka Symphony is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, regardless of ability, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Venue Information

Wheelchair accessible seating is available for the Arkley Center for the Performing Arts and may be ordered online, in person or by phone. These seats are clearly marked with a handicapped symbol on our website seat selection tool.

There are no elevators to service the upper theatre levels. All seating in the Orchestra section will accommodate patrons who are unable to climb stairs.  Ushers are available for seating assistance. For assistance, please contact our Ticket Office at 707-845-3655.

Website Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Eurekasymphony.com is in an ongoing effort working towards improving conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2, level AA criteria.

The Eureka Symphony continues its efforts to constantly improve the accessibility of its site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use for those of us with disabilities.

Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on eurekasymphony.com fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution.
