⚠️ Beware of Ticket Scams
Buying tickets online is convenient — but it also makes it easy for scammers to take advantage of unsuspecting buyers.
The Eureka Symphony does not sell tickets through third-party vendors.
Tickets should only be purchased through:
• Our official website: eurekasymphony.org
• Our secure ticketing platform is Arts People
Why This Matters
Online ticket scams are increasingly common. In 2026 this problem has exploded across industry and requires that all online purchasers stay extra vigilant to avoid being taken advantage of. Resellers often impersonate legitimate organizations using convincing websites, similar domain names, and official-looking language.
If you purchase through a reseller, you may pay 80%–300% more than our actual ticket prices — and in some cases, the tickets may not be valid.
These scam sites will ask you to provide the combination of credit card, address, email and phone data that could be used for identity theft.
Please protect yourself by purchasing only through our official channels.

A $2 Arkley Preservation Fee is added to each ticket.
RUSH tickets are available at the door after 6 p.m. on concert evenings, for just $15, or $10 with a student ID – the best available seats. Two children under 12 get in free with every adult ticket purchased.
How to Tell If You’re on a Reseller Site
Be cautious if you see language such as:
- “third party” or “3rd party”
- “resale” or “re-sale”
- “not associated with any venue, performer, or box office”
- “prices may be above or below face value”
You can also Google the seller’s name and phone number — many fraudulent sellers generate consumer fraud alerts.
Here are a couple of the resellers we are having issues with. There are many more of these sites, and more every day.

If you receive a receipt for your tickets via email, scroll down to the bottom of it and see if there is third-party information. If there is, we are not aware of this ticket purchase, and we may or may not have a seat for you. Please give us a call so we can make sure you are going to have a place to sit. Also, please do not click on any of their links in their email.
If you show up at the door concert night with your suspicious ticket, please go to the box office for assistance.

Our Ticket Policy Regarding Third-Party Sellers
The Eureka Symphony is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties, including brokers and resale websites.
Please note:
- Third-party tickets may not be valid for admission.
- We cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets.
- Resold tickets are often priced well above face value.

If you have any doubts before purchasing, please contact us directly at (707) 845-3655. We are happy to help ensure your tickets are legitimate.
It is possible that these third-party sellers could use your personal information for additional nefarious purposes.
- If you are concerned about credit card fraud or identity theft from providing your info to such a scam site, consider these steps:
- Report your card as lost or stolen to your card issuer, and put an immediate block on using that card, to avoid fraudulent charges.
- Go to each of the three credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Experian & TransUnion, and put a freeze on your credit report, to avoid a scammer opening a new credit card acount in your name.
- Contact your mobile phone provider and put “SIM protection” on your account, to avoid having your phone calls and texts redirected to the scammer’s phone.
- Consider subscribing to an identity-theft protection service such as Auro or LifeLock.
